Restocking fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item is defective. The fee is calculated on the price of the returned product(s) and deducted from your refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be applied to returns where applicable. Original shipping charges are not refunded, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Defective items

If an item arrives defective or has a manufacturing fault, the restocking fee is waived and we will cover applicable shipping. Contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Condition of returns

Returned tires must be unused, uninstalled and in their original, resalable condition. Tires that have been mounted, driven on or otherwise damaged are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Contact Platinum Tire Group with your order number to request a return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
