We are happy to ship across Canada; however, shipping rates outside Atlantic Canada (Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island) vary based on destination, order size, and product type.
Customers outside Atlantic Canada must contact Platinum Tire Group directly for a shipping quote before placing an order.
Order processing & shipping
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM Atlantic Time are typically shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM Atlantic Time will generally ship the following business day.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
- All shipments are subject to product availability.

Platinum Tire Group ships primarily through Armour Transportation Systems, allowing us to provide dependable delivery throughout Atlantic Canada.

Once shipped, most orders are delivered within:
- Prince Edward Island: 1-2 business days
- Nova Scotia: 1-3 business days
- New Brunswick: 1-3 business days
- Newfoundland & Labrador: 3-7 business days

Damaged or missing shipments
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged or appears incomplete:
- Document any visible damage upon delivery when possible.

- Provide photos of any damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Incorrect shipping information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply if a shipment must be redirected or re-shipped due to an incorrect address supplied during checkout.
